- 2& 1/4C quick oats
- 1/4C ground flax seed
- 1/8C coconut oil (liquid measure - OR melted pure butter)
- 2/3C nut butter (peanut, almond etc - OR if avoiding nuts try tahini or coconut butter)
- 1/2 C dried fruit (sultanas, raisins, chopped dried apricots or dates)
- 1/2C nuts or seeds
- 1/2C runny honey (or maple syrup/coconut syrup/rice syrup)
- 2t ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1TBrewer's Yeast (optional)
- 1t vanilla extract (optional)
- Good pinch of sea salt
